I would highly recommend the PagePress WebProcessor product to any school looking for a website content management system.
The PagePress system is intuitively easy to learn. With only four hours of user training, we were able to master the editor features to add content, and to basically build the website from scratch. The editing interface is very powerful, yet uncomplicated. With a design template almost identical to a Microsoft Word interface, you will find creating and editing web pages almost a breeze! There is no need to master complex HTML programming language, and editingis so similar to typing a word document.
The system is highly customisable and flexible. As it uses an Internet Explorer browser to handle page management work, you can update the site on any PC terminal that is connected to the Internet – a very convenient feature.
I have found that customer support from a web publishing company is crucial to building a new website. With Experiencemedia, any difficulties we encountered with creating or developing the website was always handled in a prompt and professional manner; and technical assistance was only a phone call away, with no question too 'silly' or 'technical' to understand. The system even has an online pdf manual which is a great reference guide to assist you, whilst editing page content.
The PagePress WebProcessor system has enabled us to adapt the website to fit our marketing and communication needs, and has reduced website management hours and at an affordable rate; whilst boosting the professionalism and corporate image of the College in a very short turnaround time.
I would recommend the system to anyone looking for a complete website content management system which is reliable, with customized technical support, and is highly customisable. For anyone who wishes to reduce web development time, without the need to master programming language, particularly in a school environment, you will find this product will exceed your expectations.
